IT HURTS

THROUGH PAIN AND FIRE!!!!

A boy consents to being BOILED ALIVE to save his friends. 

A pair of thirteen year old siblings who just met each other face to face count down to their own death, to save the universe.

An mutant thinks he has a friend in one just like him, but ends up being murdered by him instead. 

An addict is told by her best friend and one of the only remaining humans that she liked her more as a drunk.

A boy who has been desperately searching for his father finds him dead, along with the mother of his friend, who is under the influence of horrible monsters.

The boy is killed while his friend watches.

A boy finds the corpse of his dead brother/guardian, who he looked up to more than anyone else in the world.

A girl tells her literal soulmate she will see him soon, moments before their deaths. 

Another girl, still thirteen, is forced to kill the closest thing she has to a sister to save herself. 

This wasn’t the first time she hurt her sister.

Who takes revenge in the only way she knows how.

A mother who never had a chance to be born is forced to

blind her own child.

A girl says goodbye to her beloved pet, in a way letting go of her childhood. I remind you, these characters are all thirteen.

A girl is forgotten by the only boy who ever showed her true kindess. 

A girl is ripped from her home to be forced to contain in her mind all the power the universe has. 

A boy is forced to kill his girlfriend through mind control and his own powers.

A girl begs to be killed to be put out of the extraordinary pain she is in.

Her potential killer is reluctant. 

The girl from earlier, the grimdark one, turns to drinking to emulate her alcoholic mother and (it is thought) to deal with the pain of the ‘game’ she played.

The protagonist is gone. For the entire story, we could see any character we wanted. And now, one is gone.
